Key Responsibilities: • Develop and drive the overall fundraising strategy for the organization. • Lead fundraising teams across CSR, Individual Giving, and Institutional Funding verticals. • Build and strengthen relationships with CSR leaders, HNIs, philanthropists, trusts, foundations, and donor networks. • Secure funding through CSR grants, individual donations, crowdfunding, and strategic partnerships. • Drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives. • Develop annual fundraising plans, budgets, targets, and performance metrics. • Ensure effective proposal development, donor reporting, compliance, and impact communication. • Represent the organization at donor meetings, conferences, and networking forums.
