This policy covers payments made on PostJob (postjob.digikaragir.com), operated by Digital Karagir Services LLP, Pune, Maharashtra, India. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
What you pay for
- Job post (“I need someone”): ₹19 for 7 days of visibility on PostJob, including applicable taxes.
- Renewing a job post: ₹19 for 7 more days.
- Free: posting that you need work and renewing it, searching, calling or messaging posters, job alerts, and Karagir / Professional IDs. Job seekers never pay.
The price is always shown on the button before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets). PostJob never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
When your job goes live
Your job post is saved first and goes live the moment the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. If the payment window closes or a payment fails, nothing is charged and your post stays saved (only you can see it) in My listings, where you can pay later or delete it.
Cancellation
You can close, mark as filled or delete your job post at any time from My listings. Because the fee buys immediate visibility, a published post can't be cancelled for a refund.
Automatic refunds
You get your money back automatically, without asking, if you were charged but the payment could not be used — for example:
- you paid twice for the same post or renewal;
- the post was deleted, or was under review after reports, before the payment completed;
- a technical problem stopped the post from being published.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Razorpay usually completes them in 5–7 working days (UPI is often faster); your bank may take a little longer to show it.
No refund
Payments are not refunded once a post has been published, including when it is closed early, filled, expires, or is removed for breaking our Terms (for example fake jobs or asking candidates for money).
Payment problems & contact
If money was taken but your job isn't live after 15 minutes, or you think you were charged wrongly, email digikaragir.hire@gmail.com from or with your registered mobile number and the payment ID (shown in My listings → My payments and in the Razorpay message). We reply within 2 working days and resolve payment issues within 7 working days.
