These Terms govern your use of PostJob at postjob.digikaragir.com (the “Platform”), operated by Digital Karagir Services LLP, Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Platform, logging in or posting a listing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. The service
PostJob is a free online notice board. Users who need someone (“Employers”) and users who need work (“Job Seekers”) publish listings, and other users can search them and contact the poster directly. We are an intermediary: we do not employ, recruit, place, verify the qualifications of, or act as an agent for any user, and we are not a party to any agreement between users.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
- You log in with an Indian mobile number verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for all activity from your number and must not let others use it.
- The information you give us (including your name or company name) must be true and up to date.
3. Listings
- Job listings must show the real name of the hiring company, business or individual employer. Work listings must show the real name of the person seeking work.
- Listings must describe a real, lawful opportunity or real availability. One listing per requirement; do not repost the same listing to stay on top.
- Each listing is visible for 7 days and then expires automatically. You may close, edit or renew your own listings within the limits shown on the Platform.
- Your name/company name, listing text, category, location and salary details are public. Your phone number is shown only to logged-in users who request it, subject to limits.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, format and distribute your listing on the Platform and in search engines for as long as it is live.
4. Prohibited content & conduct
You must not post or do anything that:
- asks job seekers for money — registration fees, deposits, training or uniform charges, or any “pay to get a job” scheme;
- is fraudulent, misleading, a pyramid / multi-level marketing scheme, or impersonates any person or company;
- offers work that is illegal, or involves adult content, trafficking, child labour or bonded labour;
- discriminates unlawfully on the basis of religion, caste, gender, disability or other protected grounds;
- harasses, threatens or abuses another user;
- scrapes, copies in bulk or harvests phone numbers or listings, or uses bots or automated tools;
- attempts to bypass security, rate limits or OTP verification, or interferes with the Platform;
- violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2021, or any other applicable law.
5. Contacting other users
Use contact details only to discuss the listing. Do not send spam or marketing, and do not share another user's number. You are solely responsible for your interactions, interviews, agreements, payments and work arrangements with other users. Please follow our safety tips.
6. Moderation
We may review, hide, edit for formatting, or remove any listing, and suspend or block any mobile number, at our discretion and without notice, including where a listing is reported by users or appears to break these Terms or the law. Listings reported by several users are hidden automatically pending review. We will act on valid legal orders and on complaints received through our Grievance Officer within the timelines required by law.
7. Fees
The Platform is free. We do not charge for posting, searching, contacting or renewing listings, and we take no commission on hiring. If this ever changes, we will update these Terms in advance; existing free features will not be withdrawn retroactively.
8. Sponsored content
The Platform may show clearly labelled “Sponsored” messages, including for DigiKaragir services. Sponsored content is optional for you to engage with and is never required to use the Platform.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform's software, design, text, logos and the names “PostJob”, “DigiKaragir” and “DIGI KARAGIR” are owned by or licensed to Digital Karagir Services LLP and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works of the Platform. Listing content remains the property of the user who posted it.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. OTP verification confirms only that a mobile number was controlled by the poster at the time of login; it is not a background check. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the identity or conduct of any user, that you will find work or a worker, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from dealings between users, including unpaid wages, fraud, injury or property damage. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to ₹1,000.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Digital Karagir Services LLP and its partners and team against claims, losses and costs arising from your listings, your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your listings from My listings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 9 to 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
15. Grievance officer & contact
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or use of the Platform may be sent to our Grievance Officer at digikaragir.hire@gmail.com with the listing link and details. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
